Lifeboat Dilemma

North Atlantic, 4 a.m. A passenger ship has snapped in two in the storm. People screamed and vanished into the dark, and when you came to, you were on a swaying lifeboat. Looking around — five other survivors: an elderly couple, a pregnant woman, a man in military uniform, and a teenage boy shaking like you. On the boat's side, in small letters: 'Capacity: 5.' Including you, there are six. In the distance, another storm builds. Water has already reached your ankles inside the boat. No rescue is coming. The five are looking at you — no one speaks, but you can feel they're thinking the same thing. Thirty minutes. The decision falls to you.

💭 There's no right answer — go with your gut.
